Substance Use & Mental Health Counseling

Integrated, specialized care for co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns, delivered without judgment and at your pace.

Psychiatric Services

Comprehensive psychiatric care including diagnostic assessment, psychotherapy, medication evaluation, and ongoing medication management.

MAT / MOUD Services

Medication-Assisted Treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders, including buprenorphine products, naltrexone, and long-acting injectables when clinically appropriate.

Ambulatory Detox Services

Support for a comfortable outpatient detox when clinically appropriate, following a thorough substance use assessment.

Flexible Care Options

In-person visits at our Fairlawn office and telehealth for clients throughout Ohio. Virginia telehealth availability coming soon.

Telehealth

Care from where you are

Telehealth visits are available for clients located anywhere in Ohio, using our secure SimplePractice video platform. You will need a private space and a device with a camera and microphone.

Some services — including certain assessments, laboratory monitoring, and injectable medications — require an in-person visit at our Fairlawn office.

Virginia telehealth availability is coming soon.
